NEW BABY FROG TERRARIUM AQUARIUM SETUP! (TADPOLES TURNING INTO FROGS) In this video I setup a small terrarium for my first baby frogs. The tadpoles I rescued a while back are finally turning into baby frogs and so they are getting close to release time. Before being released though, I need to ensure their health, strength, and their eating habits to make sure they are fit for release. This small enclosure will help me monitor these tiny baby frogs as they transform. Thank you all for watching! Just dropping a note that I'm raising some tadpoles that I caught in a creek near my home in California, and they seem to love WATERCRESS, id="hidden3" class="buttons"> which was growing in their pond. The nice thing is the plants can grow in the tank, so you can just leave a bunch in there and not have to feed them each day. Hope this helps others. ....وسعت 3

@bigsam8597منذ 3 سنوات I just got some tadpoles last week (Idk the species) and their getting bigger so I wanna upgrade them soon. I'll definitely use this idea. @yamihachi2326منذ 3 سنوات You're doing great. I rescued a bunch from my pool when I went to break it down. The ones I rescued are tree frogs. You can tell because they have id="hidden5" class="buttons"> become grey in color when they are the tiny frogs with a bit of tail. Can't quite tell from your video but if yours are more of a black they are most likely a cricket frog. These are usually confused with bullfrogs because they chirp a lot ....وسعت 4

@Xx.Im.just.fckin.peachy.xX.منذ 3 سنوات the best thing you can feed them is spinach, store it in freezer and then when you take some out to feed them it will be much softer and easier for them id="hidden6" class="buttons"> to break down. they also enjoy mini freeze dried shrimp & krill. I get the 3 pack that includes the shrimp krill and Food pellets. also you can look up reptile/amphibians sinking food pellets and you'll get a ton of results ....وسعت 42

@Don_Matteoقبل 7 أشهر I had frogs as pets in the 80s. I was nine. I wish I had thought of that fruit fly trick. Our kitchen was full of them and they could have easily made id="hidden8" class="buttons"> their own ecosystem inside the terrarium. I had a pretty darn good terrarium in our back yard but the problem was no bugs could get inside so feeding was very difficult. ....وسعت

That is the most information you will id="hidden10" class="buttons"> get. they have been in the aquarium scene for a long time but care for them will be like care for any other small frog except for temperature ....وسعت 2

For food I’d just recommend maybe live black worms or other small live things they could hunt like in the wild
I only raised a bullfrog and they are bigger so feeding was easier ....وسعت 4

@coltmurgio9679منذ 3 سنوات What state are you in? In Florida where I live there are little baby Bufo toads. If you look up pictures online they look very similar. Also they are poisonous so I suggest being careful. 10
