How to make crispy chicken fry...it is a tasty recipe method about how to make chicken fry in hindi. many people try to make crispy chicken at home but fail. this is the reason i am uploading this video. try this crispy chicken recipe which is crispy on the outside and soft and juicy inside method ingredients red chilli powder-2 tablespoon black pepper powder-1 tablespoon coriander powder-1 tablespoon garam masala-1 tablespoon turmeric powder-1/2 table spoon tandoori chicken masala-1 1/2 teaspoon curry leaves-few coriander leaves-few green chillies-2 or 3 ginger garlic paste-3 tea spoon lemon juice-1 chickpea flour-3 teaspoon corn flour-3 teaspoon corn flour-4 teaspoon baking soda-2 pinches salt-according to taste oil-two cups method add all the ingredients in the chicken and marinate well,let it marinate for an hour in refrigerator.heat two cups of oil in a pan,then add the chicken pieces,do not over crowd them,add them in batches. Let the chicken pieces fry under medium to high flame so that they turn crispy,let them fry for 10 minutes.after thy are fried remove and plate them.serve hot with mayonaise or chutney of your choice.enjoy please like and share this video and subscribe my channel. i shall add more such tasty videos very soon.
