Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 2 or 3
Few coriander leaves
Crushed green chillies - 2 to 3
Onion - one teaspoon
Black Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Bread slices - 2 to 3 or as required
Water - one cup
Oil -- as required for deep frying nearly 2 cups
METHOD

Mash potatoes and add coriander leaves, crushed green chillies, onion , black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt...Mix these ingredients well and keep aside..Then pour a cup of water in a deep vessel and soak bread slices one by one....remove excess water from the bread after that place some potato mixture on each slice of bread and roll them well....Heat oil for frying these rolls ...after oil is heated deep fry these rolls....Rolls are ready to serve when they turn golden brown in colour...Enjoy your rolls with Sauce or green chutney.
