Slowly, the electric locomotives are gaining stronghold in once diesel fortress of the diesels.. Few other trains in KR like Netravathi express, Mangala Express, KCVL Garib Rath Express have also changed from diesel to electric traction.

@@DavYJ122 years ago I travelled in TVC -NZM rajdhani and was pulled by thir beautiful orange WDP4 of ernakulam till Vadodara Jn.. and was an absolute beast .. Running at 130kmph … and the train was not even 1 min late and at some stations reached before time .. never looped for any trains.. always overtaking… This train is really the King of Konkan❤️ ... 1

@@harshad91712 years ago It will better if IR think on developing new coach with gaurd cabin and 3rd AC. That can replace one generator coach in rajdhanis and pure AC trains
