Recipe:
265g Sourdough starter (discard)
65g Plant based milk
60 Aquafaba
50g Olive oil
1 Tsp Salt + ground peppers
3Tbsp (20g) ground spinach powder
Flour mix:
100g Wholemeal
100g Plain
40g Cornmeal
60g Strong
(in case you don't have cornmeal handy - just replace the quantity with other type of flour)
