His begging to his fellow Filipino and he receives monthly allowance from his mom. His story is having a bad circle of friends in Las Vegas and move to Los Angeles where Phil saw him sleeping on the street. His Family wants him to get a room to rent but he refused and chose to stay on the street. Phil Cooksey did everything to help him out but he rejected.
