Swimming with wild dolphins in Hawaii

While I was chillin at Ho'okena beach, my mother noticed a dolphin jumping in the air quite a ways out in the ocean. In an attempt the try to catch a glipse at these beautiful creatures, a friend and I swam out to what felt like the middle of the ocean when I heard these unreal chirpping sounds (which is the lanuage dolphins use to communicate) I looked around and then a pod of 10-15 wild spinner dolphins came up behind me. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. It was just me, my friend, and the dolphins. They were so playful and filled with so much joy it was like they were begging to be loved and played with. I began to swim around in circles and the dolphins chased me, as if we were playing tag! They sped through the water jumping over our heads and chirpping with excitment. They are the most wonderful animals of this world!
