How to ice your shin

Place an ice pack or pack of frozen peas over your shin to reduce inflammation and pain. Make sure you wrap the ice in a thin towel so it's not too cold. You may also find it useful to elevate the leg to further reduce swelling. Go to www.rehabmypatient.com for more information.
