Ube Buchi Another first added to my list as it is my first time to make Buchi. Buchi/Butsi, as what we call it in the Philippines, is made out of glutinous rice flour, a filling of choice then coated with sesame seeds and lastly, fried. All these result to a snack which is chewy on the inside and crispy on each bite. This type of pastry is popular in Asia and can be called differently such as Jian Dui in China or Goma Dango in Japan. Below are the ingredients and please watch the video to see the steps on how to make it. Salamat at sana ay matuwa ka❣️ Ingredients: 200ml hot water 2 tbsp white sugar 2 1/4 cups glutinous rice flour 1/2 tbsp oil 1/2 cup ube halaya 1/2 cup sesame seeds water for coating oil for frying Music: Walk In The Park Musician: music by audionautix.com License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode Music: Solo Acoustic 5 Musician: music by audionautix.com License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode
