#porkinnpal #pork/pigmeatcutting Hi I'm Bikash Rana Welcome to my youtube channel About this video हाम्रो गाउँ घरतिर स्थानीय स्तरमा पसुपालन गरिन्छ । धेरै जसो मासुको लागी गाउँघरमै पालिएको पाडा , बङ्गुर , हाँस , कुखुरा, बोका आदीबाट गाउँमै आलो-पालो सिस्टममा मासु परिपुर्ती गरिन्छ । जसले गर्दा स्वच्छ तथा ताजा र गाउँघरे मुल्यमै सबैले खान पाउँछन र पशुपालनलाई आम्दानीको स्रोत बनाउदा जिविकोपार्जनमा पनी यसले राम्रो भुमीका खेलेको छ। यो दसैको बेलामा गाउँमै लोकल बडगुर/ सुडगुर काट्दा र मासु पकाउँदा लिएको भिडियो हो। हाम्रो गाउँघतिर पाडा ५०० र १००० को भाग बङ्गुर धार्नी को हिसाव बोका, कुखुरा भने kg मा भाग लगाईन्छ । हजुरहरुकोमा कस्तो छ कुन्नी ?? Animal husbandry is done locally at our village home. For most of the meat, the meat is supplied in the village rotation system from the pada, bangur, duck, chicken, goat etc. reared in the village. As a result, everyone can get clean and fresh food at village prices and it has also played a good role in making animal husbandry a source of income. This is a video taken while cutting local Badgur / Sudgur and cooking meat in the village during Dasai. In our village, Pada 500 and 1000 portions of Bangur Dharni are divided into goats and chickens in kg.
