Ginisang Upo at Sardinas
Isa na naman pong masarap na putahe ang ihahandog ko sa inyo mga kaibigan! sana po ay magustuhan ninyo, ito po ay simple lang at affordable. Murang ulam at lutong pinoy! Ito po ang ulam namin sa araw na ito!

Ingredients:
1 can sardines in tomato sauce
1 small bottle gourd, peeled and sliced (UPO)
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions:
*Heat oil in a cooking pot.
*Sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
*Cook until it becomes soft.
*Add sardines, then stir.
*Add the upo, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
*Add soy sauce. Let it simmer then serve.
