A sausage-like roll consisting of minced pork and prawn, origin from the Teochew/Hokkien groups. This is commonly serve in Singapore/Malaysia. The unique of this recipe is using pure white pepper powder over five spice powder, as some people may not like five spice fragrant.
简简单单 香脆五香条适合大人和小孩吃。一般在新加坡/马来西亚华人桌上可见到的菜肴。
Ingredients (Can make 22pieces)
250g minced meat (pork)
100g minced prawn
80g water chestnut, cut into small cubes
30g spring onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine
1/2 egg
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp water
Beancurd skin
配料(可制作22个)
250克猪肉末
100克剁碎的虾
80克馬蹄,切成小丁块
30克葱
1/2茶匙蒜末
1/3茶匙盐
1/2茶匙糖
1茶匙酱油
1茶匙蚝油
1茶匙白胡椒粉
1/2茶匙香油
1汤匙米酒
1/2个蛋
1汤匙木薯粉
1汤匙普通面粉
2汤匙水
豆腐皮
