Can I replicate a dandelion helicopter seed pod

Dandelion or Sycamore seeds ?" and I thought a dandelion seed might be an interesting subject. I have taken a few liberties with nature's design to simplify it. Yes I did add some sound effects to hide the background noise. The way I designed it with the 'paddles' offset, my intention was that the air pressure would cause them to twist the arms automatically inducing an angle that would cause it to spin. Until it has built up a bit of momentum it does not spin on it's own. For the sake of video effect I assisted it. Without assistance it only just starts spinning at the bottom part of the drop and there is no way I could have filmed that with the camera I have. It probably drops about 10 feet before the spin is visible so I would need a good size stairwell or a balcony to drop it from and then it would be too far away to film with my camera. I would need a film crew and a selection of cameras to get that right and that is completely outside my budget.
