    @overlord68154 years ago Im impressed with the leg size of many of these guys fr. So many calisthenics athletes always wear nothing but joggers to hide their bird legs but yall actually have some leg size and aren't afraid to show it. Respect 7

    @prometheusrebel58094 years ago Sometimes, it's discouraging to see pros perform the sets & reps suggested without much effort, but seeing Jungle's real struggle, effort & mind over matter is THE true representation of real life workout with all its challenges, failures but ultimately reaching the goal even if not in a perfect, choreographed way. Well done Jungle & the team, you can't be more real than this, cheers guys. 👍 ... 1

    @kmfahim40634 years ago I was doing 100 push ups everyday but i progressive overloaded i got NO gains but i got way stronger then the unfortunate happend at i believe day 26 I hurt my shoulders and its been about 1.5 months my shoulders still hurt. But it has been getting better i have been strengthening up my rotator cuff!. So strengthening up your shoulders are a must if you are going for this challenge. To the people who say this " I don't have any time fore this!" these are excuses to strengthening their rotatory cuff. You could litterly do it when you are cooking food, watching TV and etc. I know you know this but you are NOT doing them CAUSE YOU LAZY!. Hopefully I recover and i hope i helped get motivated!!.we the strongest community on youtube Nevermind the Universe🏋️🏋️ ... 3
