#AmlaMurabbaBykabitas #JaggeryMurabbaByKabita #KabitasKitchen Ingredients: Amla(gooseberry)- 500 gms Gud (jaggery)- 500 gms Water - 1 cup Method: Wash the gooseberry before use Prick it properly Soak it in alum water for 4-5 hours Squeeze it and let it dry under the sun for 3-4 hours Heat a pan and add 500 gms of jaggery. Boil it for 5 minutes on medium flame Add Amla and boil it for 15 minutes on medium flame. Take out the amla and let the jaggery boil for another 3-4 minutes Add amla again, boil it for another 15 minutes on low medium flame Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
