Hello Foodie's, welcome to Corner Cooks....
Today's Recipe :
Ingredients:
2 cup Flour
1 tsp Yeast
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Room temperature Water (as needed)
2 tbsp Oil
Mix well & Make a Fine Dough
Knead 5-7 mins & rest for 30-40 mins
After double the dough, make a ball
Brush some Cold water
Again rest for 5 mins
place a tawa & heat the tawa for 5 mins
After 5 mins,place the Kadai in Tawa
Cook for 10 mins on medium low flame
Flip it
Then ageing,Cook for 5 mins
Done,Let it completely cool Down....
Note : 1 cup = 250 ml
