Traditional Libyan Dance at International Night 1. This popular Malta Network Resources Video has been remade. Two Maltese dancers dancing a traditional libyan dance. From what I could tell this seems not be Guedra style, and as far as I can tell it is libyan Hagalla or Hagallah. Hagallah is used as a celebration of a girl's coming of age. She might have to dance all by herself. Indeed, this celebration helps her be more aware of her beauty and soon after she may get married. The performers at the international night put on a peplum skirt with a buffer and the buffer is worn so as to make the skirt look more visible. The International Night was held at the Vivaldi Hotel, Paceville, Malta.
